Our Associates often make presentations to Presbyteries lead workshops and meet with key teams. We would be happy to visit your area and help Inspire New Worshiping Communities.

An Internship Program
Our internship is specifically focused to develop the leadership you will need as we prepare the church to give birth to 1001 vibrant new worshiping communities.
This program offers yearlong and summer internships - for seminarians, Young Adult Volunteers, lay people, and even a few innovative college students. Training is done by our regional associates while interns are deployed across the country and embedded in local churches to explore starting new ministry. We would love to partner with you to bring interns to your area.
Assessing Potential Leaders
The work of New Worshiping Communities is a very specific call and the key to a healthy and sustainable ministry is getting the right leadership in place. We have honed and developed a proven assessment which goes beyond the a quick interview and some online behavioral profiles. Our team will help your leaders understand themselves and discern God's call in their ministry. And we will work with you to help you find the right fit. Even if a leader is in the middle of their work with a NWC, an assessment can be a valuable tool to help them thrive.

A Coaching Network for Your New Worshiping Communities
We have developed a network of over 60 trained and experienced coaches to walk alongside each of your new worshiping communities. Coaches meet regularly with your NWC leader to listen, ask great questions, help them discover their gifts, and enable them to discern the way forward when they get stuck. We would love to provide each of your NWC's with a coach.
